PRO-VET LIGHT has been specifically formulated to control the body condition of cats with a tendency to develop overweight and to reduce the risks of cancer, diabetes mellitus and heart failure.

PRO-VET LIGHT has a low energy content to control body condition of adult cats that have a tendency to develop overweight. An excessive body condition reduces life expectancy because of increased risks of cancer, diabetes mellitus and heart failure. The special composition of PRO-VET LIGHT reduces the risks of the diseases mentioned and makes it easier to control body weight. Body condition depends on food intake and to a lesser extent on physical activity. An ideal body condition elongates life span and reduces the risks of the major diseases. The amount of PRO-VET LIGHT to be fed to an individual cat should be so that ideal body condition is attained and maintained. To support weight reduction and to prevent weight gain, PRO-VET LIGHT has a low energy value.
